Warranty Policy

We guarantee that the frames and lenses we sell are of the finest quality and free from known defects.

• Eyeglass Frames are warranted against manufacturer’s defects during the first 12 months from the date of purchase. In the event of a manufacturer’s defect, an eyeglass frame will be replaced at no charge. In the event of an eyeglass frame breakage that resulted from normal wear, a 50% discount from the retail cost will be made available within the first 12 months.

• Lenses will be replaced within 60 days of the original dispense date at no charge if there is difficulty adapting to the new prescription. Any upgrades that were purchased on the original lenses that are not wanted on the redo are non- refundable.

• On all Prescription Eyewear: We will gladly give you a full refund, exchange, or a prescription change, within 30 days from the purchase date, providing that all refit and remake possibilities have been exhausted.

• Cancelled Orders: Are refunded at 50%.

• Contact Lenses: Come with no warranty. However if you discover that a lens is missing or is torn from its original packaging, we will do our best to replace the lens in the form of a free trial lens.

• Contact Lenses: Unopened/Unmarked boxes of contacts in like new packaging are returnable or exchangeable for credit only within 60 days of original purchase.
